Office Administrator Location: Appleton, WI Hours: 9-3pm Part Time

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team in an administrative role that combines traditional office support responsibilities and marketing support, with light facility oversight. This individual will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our office and warehouse location while supporting internal and external communications, logistics, and building maintenance coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Support
Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events
Maintain office calendars and coordinate conference room use
Order and maintain office supplies and common area upkeep
Support team members with general administrative tasks
Marketing Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing presentations and organizing marketing materials
Manage and maintain marketing calendars as well as stakeholders’ schedules to ensure timely coordination of meetings, campaigns, and key deadlines
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and events by managing timelines, vendor communications, and logistics
Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and digital libraries to ensure information is accurate and readily available
Front Office & Facility Operations
Close the office/warehouse daily
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel
Receive and log incoming packages, materials, and supplies
Assist with inventory records and materials transaction logging in ConnectWise Manage
Facility Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for building-related needs
Conduct light building maintenance (e.g., replacing light bulbs, minor repairs)
Coordinate with external vendors for larger facility issues or scheduled maintenance
Monitor building cleanliness and safety, reporting any concerns
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable handling light maintenance tasks or coordinating vendors
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, proactive, and resourceful with a positive attitude
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs occasionally (e.g., moving packages or supplies)
