Sr. Account Executive – Customer Experience Solutions

EDCi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Customer Experience Solutions Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Contact Center industry, strong sales acumen, and a proven track record in managing and growing key accounts. This person will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships and positioning our application as the go-to solution for customer care needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Genesys Cloud contact center application and its capabilities
 
  • Stay updated on key industry and technology trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and professional service groups.
  • Provide feedback and insight to the continuous improvement team to generate new agreements


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the customer care of contact center industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud contact center application
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results driven, and ability to work independently as well as part of team
